Team Registration

ENTRY FEES. In this 2nd year of the event, the $200 Entry Fee will be discounted $100 for all competing teams who register prior to 5:00pm CST on March 31, 2017. A $50 discount will be provided to teams who register prior to 5:00pm CST on April 30, 2017. Teams will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

COOK SITES. The event organizer will use best efforts to provide water hook ups within 75’ and power within 125’ of cook sites. Sites will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis and will be confirmed by email.

  • Only Team Entry Forms bearing the Head Cook’s signature will be considered. Submitting this form is evidence of his or her prior receipt, thorough review, full understanding and voluntary acceptance of all terms and conditions defined in the 2017 Rules and Regulations for the “Smoke on the Water” BBQ Competition at Carlton Landing, including the “2017 KCBS Rules and Regulations”, the “Contest Information” and the “Waiver and Indemnification”.
